About Tiefblick
Tiefblick Studio aims to be a collaborative game development studio focused on creating games that inspire personal growth and positive social impact.

Our name, Tiefblick, translates from German to 'deep view', 'deep gaze', or 'deep perception', representing our commitment to encouraging players to explore their inner worlds, their biases and perspectives and to understand their souls calling.

We believe in the power of community and co-creation to build a brighter future, and strive to create a culture of integrity, equality, compassion, wellbeing, and sustainability in all aspects of our work. Through our games, we aim to address important social issues and inspire players to take action towards a more just and equitable world.
Our Vision
Our vision is a world where individuals of the next generation are empowered to make healthy choices for themselves and the collective.
We realize the enormous potential of games to explore hidden parts of oneself, spark dialogue, educate, and inspire people to take action towards positive social change - and the power of storytelling and immersion in games can be utilized to bring positive and affirmative experiences to our youth.
We believe that transforming our systems - socially, environmentally, and economically - starts by acknowleding the interconnectedness of all things. In play we can create opportunities to explore choice & consequence in a safe and innocent way.
As a studio, we are envisioning to bringing people together to co-create and design an environment, that supports sustainably the needs of the whole ecosystem - our team, our community, our partners, and our planet.

Games
Our first project is a self-exploration journey, aiming to support young males to understand their own archetypal blueprint and find their confidence in a world of ever-changing definition of healthy masculinity.

Dominik Saur

Founder and Visionary
Dominik developed his first computer game in 2002 at the age of 16. He is a Game Industry Veteran and has worked for big game publishers and as well for smaller indie studios.
Over the last 4 years, inspired by his personal healing journey, he changed his focus to support his community with wellbeing tools. As a workshop facilitator for inner child work, he has been supporting hundreds of people in his community.

One of his recent roles has been to support the team at SkillsVR as a Wellbeing Advisor. As a board member for the Mankind Project New Zealand to support men on their journey of self discovery.

Ben Jensen-Wilson

Narrative Designer
Video game history buff, avid watcher of live gaming press conferences, lover of 'bad' games, and Spanish amateur. Putting myself in other perspectives is why I play games, and eventually, why I began making them. It’s also why I travel.
